Je vertraagt, ruikt de bomen, de aarde, voelt de wind en luistert naar de geluiden van het bos.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gezondheid: <\/strong>Onderzoek toont aan dat bosbaden stress vermindert, het immuunsysteem versterkt en een positief effect heeft op je stemming en concentratie.
