Het <strong>slakken-labyrint<\/strong> en het <strong>kronkel-labyrint<\/strong>. Hieronder vind je een handleiding, zodat je in alle rust het pad kunt volgen \u2013 stap voor stap, in je eigen tempo&#8230;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">English<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At \u00d6RTSKOGEN, we have two labyrinths that we carefully mow every week during the summer: the <strong>Snail Labyrinth <\/strong>and the <strong>Winding Labyrinth<\/strong>. Below you\u2019ll find a guide to help you follow the path in peace \u2013 step by step, at your own pace&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deutsch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In \u00d6RTSKOGEN haben wir zwei Labyrinthe, die wir im Sommer jede Woche mit viel Sorgfalt m\u00e4hen: das <strong>Schnecken-Labyrinth<\/strong> und das <strong>Schlingen-Labyrinth<\/strong>. Je kunt met deze vraag, dit thema of een intentie het labyrint lopen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het begin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ga rustig voor de ingang van het labyrint staan en haal een paar keer diep adem. Denk aan je thema, doel, intentie of vraag, en begin langzaam en stap voor stap het labyrint te lopen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Volg het pad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wees je bewust van elke stap die je zet. Je kunt dit vergelijken met een loopmeditatie. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Merk je onderweg iets op? Kom je iets tegen of ontstaat er een gedachte? Pauzeer op plekken die voor jou belangrijk aanvoelen.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het centrum of kruispunt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ons \u201cSlakken-Labyrint\u201d heeft een centrum. Neem daar een moment om stil te staan en tot rust te komen voordat je aan de terugweg begint. Denk nog eens na over je vraag of intentie.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ons \u201cKronkel-Labyrint\u201d heeft geen centrum. Je komt wel twee kruispunten tegen. Daar kun je even stilstaan en reflecteren. Kies zelf welke kant je op wilt gaan.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het labyrint verlaten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het verlaten van het labyrint kan een gevoel van vervulling of opluchting geven. Geef jezelf de tijd om die ervaring te verwerken. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nog wat extra tips:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deel je ervaring later met vrienden, familie of iemand die je vertrouwt, als je daar behoefte aan hebt. Of schrijf een paar gedachten voor jezelf op. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meerdere mensen kunnen tegelijk in stilte hetzelfde labyrint lopen. Dat is helemaal prima. Geef elkaar respectvol de ruimte bij het passeren.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wil je liever alleen lopen? Wacht dan tot anderen klaar zijn of reserveer een priv\u00e9-moment bij ons. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het kan zijn dat er een traan of sterk gevoel opkomt. Dat is volkomen normaal. You can walk the labyrinth with this question, theme, or intention in mind. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The beginning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stand quietly at the entrance of the labyrinth and take a few deep breaths in and out. Think about your theme, goal, intention, or question, and begin to walk the labyrinth slowly and step by step. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Follow the path<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be mindful of each step you take. You can compare this to a walking meditation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you notice anything along the way? Do you encounter something or does a thought arise? Pause at points that feel important to you.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The center or crossroads<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our &#8220;Snail Labyrinth&#8221; has a center. Take a moment to stand still there and find calm before beginning the return journey. Reflect again on your question or intention.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our &#8220;Winding Labyrinth&#8221; does not have a center. Instead, you\u2019ll come across two crossroads. You can pause there and reflect. Choose for yourself which direction you\u2019d like to go.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leaving the labyrinth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leaving the labyrinth can bring a feeling of fulfillment or relief, so give yourself time to process that experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some extra tips:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share your experience later with friends, family, or someone you trust if you feel like it. Or write down a few thoughts just for yourself. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple people can walk the labyrinth in silence at the same time. That\u2019s absolutely fine. Respectfully give each other space when passing.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you prefer to walk alone, you can wait until others are finished or book a private time with us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A tear or strong emotion might surface. That\u2019s perfectly normal. After your walk, take a moment to rest, go for a walk, or have a cup of coffee.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also walk together with your partner or child. Du kannst mit dieser Frage, deinem Thema oder deiner Intention durch das Labyrinth gehen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Anfang<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stell dich ruhig an den Eingang des Labyrinths und atme ein paar Mal tief ein und aus. Denke an dein Thema, Ziel, deine Intention oder Frage und beginne langsam und Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt den Weg zu gehen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Folge dem Pfad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sei dir jeder deiner Schritte bewusst. Du kannst dies mit einer Gehmeditation vergleichen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e4llt dir unterwegs etwas auf? Begegnet dir etwas oder kommt dir ein Gedanke? Pausiere an Punkten, die f\u00fcr dich wichtig erscheinen.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zentrum oder Kreuzung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unser \u201eSchnecken-Labyrinth\u201c hat ein Zentrum. Verweile dort einen Moment, komme zur Ruhe, bevor du den R\u00fcckweg beginnst. Denke noch einmal \u00fcber deine Frage oder dein Thema nach.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unser \u201eSchlingen-Labyrinth\u201c hat kein Zentrum. Stattdessen gibt es zwei Kreuzungen. Dort kannst du kurz innehalten und reflektieren. W\u00e4hle selbst, welchen Weg du gehen m\u00f6chtest.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verlassen des Labyrinths<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Verlassen des Labyrinths kann ein Gef\u00fchl der Erf\u00fcllung oder Erleichterung mit sich bringen. Nimm dir Zeit, diese Erfahrung zu verarbeiten. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Noch ein paar Tipps:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teile deine Erfahrungen sp\u00e4ter mit Freunden, Familienmitgliedern oder einer Person deines Vertrauens \u2013 wenn du das Bed\u00fcrfnis hast. Oder schreibe ein paar Gedanken f\u00fcr dich selbst auf. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehrere Personen k\u00f6nnen gleichzeitig in Stille dasselbe Labyrinth begehen. Das ist \u00fcberhaupt kein Problem. Begegnet euch mit Respekt und gebt einander Raum beim Vorbeigehen.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn du lieber allein gehen m\u00f6chtest, warte bis alle anderen fertig sind oder reserviere bei uns einen Termin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es kann sein, dass Tr\u00e4nen kommen oder Gef\u00fchle hochkommen. Das ist v\u00f6llig normal. Nimm dir nach dem Begehen des Labyrinths noch einen Moment der Ruhe, mache einen Spaziergang oder trinke eine Tasse Kaffee.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du kannst auch gemeinsam mit deinem Partner oder deinem Kind gehen.
